AVAC Vakuumteknik has given a speech on productivity improvements with the help of vacuum technology at the theme day “EFFIZIENZ IM PRESSWERK” on 30 September in Sindelfingen in Germany.
Martin Ekström, most recently from a position as CEO of Gimatic Nordic AB, has been appointed as new CEO of AVAC Vakuumteknik AB. Martin has had many years of experience in business development in automation and vacuum technology.
AVAC introduces the MULTI-CIRCUIT ejector with separate vacuum holding valves for each vacuum circuit.
In case of an inlet pressure loss which interrupts the vacuum generation, the vacuum level in the circuits is maintained until system leakage gradually reduces the vacuum level.
A common blow-off signal opens all vacuum holding valves and releases the object. This results in a system with quick response and with excellent visibility
This option can be combined with all models of MULTI-CIRCUIT ejectors.
AVAC will attend MOTEK 2018 between 8 and 11 of October in Stuttgart, Germany. Please visit us at Hall 3, stand 3505. Contact us for entrance tickets.

AVAC introduces AUTOVAC MFE which is a new smart vacuum ejector. The new MULTIFUNCTION Ejector is designed with Industry 4.0 in mind and is smart Plug & Play ejector with integrated air saving functionality. The ejector series comprises four sizes, which makes it possible to choose the appropriate size for the specific application.
AVAC Present the new ejector series 2BV-AIR-SAVE with integrated air save functionality. The pneumatic control circuit for the air saving function offers a peak potential exceeding 95%. The built-in vacuum holding valve increases the safety in case of pressure loss. The ejector series comprises six different sizes, which makes it possible to choose the appropriate size for the specific application.
An additional size of the Booster Release ejector is introduced. The AVAC 60 MV-BR ejector has, like the smaller model AVAC’s patented blow-off, where initially the solenoid valve blow-off flow is boosted sevenfold, at release is the blow-off reduced to the supply flow.
AVAC presents a new innovation in the form of the patented MULTICIRCUIT AMS ejector. An ejector with independent vacuum circuits and monitoring. Multi-circuit injector AMS has a common blow-off and one sensor that monitors all circuits. Alternatively, an analog or digital sensor can be used.
